摘要
上海自贸区虽然自挂牌运行以来就获得了外界极大的关注,而由于其"先行先试"的特点,现有的大部分研究并未能对自贸区的运行现状有着深入的研究,尤其是在金融创新、贸易服务、风险控制这三个重要方面有所涉猎。而在上海自贸区的改革措施中,对于金融、贸易、风控这三个方面的创新之处较多。因此文章重点从这三个方面入手,深入分析改革的利弊,研究自贸区在这一年中的实际运行状况以及取得的成果和不足之处。
Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone has been given a significant attention by outside world since it go public. However,due to its ＂pilot＂ characteristics, most of the existing research on the current situation of the Free Trade Zone is not deep enough, especially in the three important aspects of financial innovation, trade ser- vice, risk control.The innovation of reform measures in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone are mainly come from three aspects： financial, trade, risk control. Therefore ,the advantages and disadvantages of the reform from these three aspects are analyzed in detail ,and actual operation of the Free Trade Zone in this year and its achieve- ments and shortcomings have been researched.
