摘要
为了深入了解掘进机回转电流与截割效率的关系,在大量真实试验的基础上,得到在进深为100 mm工况下,回转控制电流、回转速度及通过回转速度计算出的截割效率,通过函数拟合方法和神经网络法,得出回转控制电流与截割效率之间的关系,从而为后续的"仿真指导设计、试验修正仿真"的数字化掘进机设计路线奠定基础。
In order to understand machine rotary electric current and the relationship between the cutting efficiency, on the basis of a large number of actual test data, and get under the working condition of depth of 100 mm, rotary control current and rotating speed and the cutting efficiency of the calculated through turning speed, by function fitting method and neural network, it is concluded that rotary control current and the relationship between the cutting efficiency, for the subsequent "simulation to guide the design and test correction simulation" digital machine foundation design route.
