喷雾降尘远程监控系统的设计

摘要 设计中采用了高精度粉尘浓度传感器采集粉尘浓度信号,该信号经单片机处理后显示在液晶屏上;同时上传到远端的监控中心,进行数据的在线显示和存储;若粉尘浓度超过警戒值,则PLC控制喷雾降尘。监控中心基于组态软件搭建,具备数据存储和WEB共享功能。系统综合了单片机技术、PLC技术和组态软件技术,具有较高的可靠性,符合开采现场复杂环境的要求,为防尘、降尘提供了思路。 The design adopts dust concentration sensor of high precisiont to collect signal.The signal will display on the LCD screen after processing by the MCU. At the same time, it will be uploaded to a remote monitoring center to display online and storage. If the dust concentration exceeds the warning value, the PLC will control of spraying dustfall. The monitoring center is build on configuration software, with data storage and sharing function of WEB. The system integrates microcontroller technology, PLC technology and configuration software technology,and has the advantages of high reliability. It meets the requirements of the complex environment of the mining field, and provides a way for dust prevention and reduction.
