摘要
为了更好地推进攀枝花市的水土保持工作,以攀枝花市水土保持生态环境监测分站为监测平台,采用强化监测规划编制、加强人才引进及培养、加大监测设备投入、兼顾面上监测和开发建设项目监测工作、开展水土保持试验研究等方法,不仅实现了水土保持监测工作可持续发展,而且为开发建设项目水土保持设施验收提供了依据。
In order to promote the soil and water conservation of Panzhihua region much better, take the monitoring substation of soil and water conservation of Panzhihua as the research platform, by strengthening monitoring planning, strengthening the introduction and cultivation of talent, increasing the investment in monitoring equipment with the monitoring of surface and the development project monitoring, carrying out experimental research of soil and water conservation and so on, it ＇s not only make the soil and water conservation monitoring work sustainable and developmental, but also provide scientific basis for soil and water conservation facilities acceptance.
