摘要
目的对综合护理干预用于3岁以下季节性腹泻患儿护理中对其疗效及依从性的影响进行研究,为护理方式的应用和推广提供指导。方法整群选取该院2013年12月—2014年12月间诊疗的3岁以下季节性腹泻患儿126例为研究对象,将其按就诊顺序分为两组,对照组62例为单数就诊者,按常规护理方式予以护理。观察组64例为双数就诊者,在常规护理的基础上予以综合护理;对护理后疗效,安全性,治疗依从性及护理满意率等进行组间比较及数据分析。结果观察研和对照组究对象总有效率分别为93.8%和82.3%,组间比较,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总治疗依从率为96.9%高于对照组85.5%的总治疗依从率,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组的护理满意率分别为93.8%和80.6%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预用于3岁以下季节性腹泻患儿护理中能够改善临床疗效,提升治疗的依从性和护理满意率,具有显著的推广价值。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the efficacy and treatment compliance in children under 3 years old with seasonal diarrhea so as to provide guidance for the application and popularization of the nursing mode.Methods 126 children under 3 years old with seasonal diarrhea diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group in accordance with the order of visiting. 62 cases with the odd visiting number were set as the control group and given the conventional nursing,64 cases with the even visiting number were set as the observation group and given the comprehensive nursing on the basis of the conventional nursing. And the efficacy, safety, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The overall response rate was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group（93.8% vs82.3%）（P〈0.05）. The overall response rate was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group（96.9%vs 85.5%） with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate was obviously higher in the observation group than that in the control group（93.8% vs 80.6%） with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For children under 3 years old with seasonal diarrhea, comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical efficacy and increase the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction rate with significant value of promotion.
