摘要
目的探究手术联合化疗与放疗联合化疗治疗局限期小细胞癌的疗效对比。方法随机选取2013年9月—2014年9月间在该院进行治疗的局限期小细胞癌患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例,观察组患者采用化疗联合放疗的方法进行治疗,对照组患者采用手术联合化疗的方法进行治疗,观察两组患者的恢复情况。结果观察组患者完全缓解的有37例,部分缓解的有9例,转移的有4例,治疗有效率为92%;对照组患者完全缓解的有20例,部分缓解的有12例,转移的有18例,治疗有效率为64%,两组患者在治疗有效率上比较(χ2=4.318,P=0.017),结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用化疗联合放疗的方法进行治疗疗效优于手术联合化疗的方法,可在临床上广泛推广。
Objective To compare the effect of surgery combined with chemotherapy with chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of limited-stage small cell carcinoma. Methods 100 patients with limited-stage small cell carcinoma admitted in our hospital during September 2013 and September 2014 were randomly into two groups with 50 in each. The patients in the observation group were treated with chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy, while those in the control group underwent surgery combined with chemotherapy. The recovery of the two groups was observed. Results In the observation group, there were 37 cases of complete remission, 9 cases of partial remission, 4 cases of cancer cell metastasis, and the effective rate was 92%; while in the control group, there were 20 cases of complete remission, 12 cases of partial remission, 18 cases of cancer cell metastasis, and the effective rate was 64%, therefore there was statistically significant difference between the effective rate of the two groups（Х^2 =4.318, P=0.017）. Conclusion The effect of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy is better than that of surgery combined with chemotherapy, therefore it is worthy of wide promotion in clinical practice.
