零折射率超材料中嵌入椭圆介质柱的传输特性

摘要 对零折射率超材料中嵌入椭圆型介质柱的传输特性进行了理论研究.推导了平板金属波导中零折射率超材料夹层内嵌入椭圆型介质柱的传输系数,得到全透射和全反射的条件.通过数值计算和软件COMSOL仿真结果的对照,验证了计算结果的正确性.在此基础上,分析了发生全透射与全反射时各区域的电磁场特征及与参数的依存关系.另外,对椭圆介质柱内发生的谐振现象以及椭圆介质环内出现的回音壁模进行了讨论.其结论对于设计新型超电磁材料折射率传感器、聚能器及电磁开关等方面的应用具有重要的理论指导意义. We investigate theoretically the transmission characteristics through zeroindex metamaterials embedded with elliptic dielectric cylinders.The transmitting coefficient of planar metal waveguide is calculated,and the condition of total transmission and total reflection is obtained.Its correctness is proved through numerical calculation of the refractive index and simulation by using COMSOL soft ware.Based on above consequences,the characteristics of electromagnetic field in every section of the waveguide,and the dependence of the parameters of the elliptic dielectric cylinder on the total transmission and reflection are analyzed.In addition,the resonances of the elliptical cylinder,and Whispering Gallery Mode(WGM)occurred in the elliptical cylinder are discussed.It is of important significance for designing sensor,gathering energy,and electromagnetic switch,etc.
