摘要
文章梳理国库集中支付制度与高校预算管理相关定义,探讨国库集中支付制度对高校预算管理的影响,构建适合国库集中支付制度的高校预算管理体系,并提出相应对策建议,力图对国库集中支付制度更好地应用于高校预算管理提供有益借鉴。
This paper presents some related definitions of the treasury centralized payment system and university budget management. In addition it discusses the impact of that system on the university budget management as well. In order to provide the effective reference for the system that can better be applied to the university budget management, this management system which is suited to the treasury centralized payment system is established and corresponding countermeasures are proposed in this paper.
