新疆油田红浅火驱开发单井计量工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 火驱采油工艺具有采收率高、生产成本低等特点,是提高新疆油田稠油开发采收率的有效途径。红浅火驱是新疆油田第一个火驱先导试验区,正在进行工业化推广。然而,在实际的生产运行过程中发现,称重式计量装置并不适用于火驱生产。结合红浅火驱采出液的特点,通过对几种主要的稠油单井计量工艺的比较分析,推荐使用双容积分离器计量装置对红浅火驱进行单井计量。并根据红浅火驱采出液的特点,对计量装置进行改进,从而得到一种适合红浅火驱生产、准确有效的单井计量方式。 The fire flooding process has the characteristics of high recovery efficiency and low production cost; it is the effective way to improve the heavy oil development recovery efficiency for Xinjiang oilfield. Fire flooding development of Hongqian district is the first fire flooding pilot test district in Xinjiang oilfield, and the way of development is being in the process of industrialization promotion. However, we can find that weight-type metering device does not apply to fire flooding production in the actual production operation process. According to the characteristics of fire flooding production in Hongqian district,by comparison and analysis of several metering processes of major heavy oil single well, it's recommended to use double volume separator metering device for single well metering of fire flooding in Hongqian district. And according to the characteristics of fire flooding produced fluid, heavy oil single-well measurement device was improved, and then accurate and effective single-well measurement way suitable to fire flooding in Hongqian district was obtained.
