摘要
因为LNG存在着丰富的压力火用与低温火用,为了能够充分利用所存在的各种形式的火用,提高能源的利用率,所以选择比较合适的冷能利用方式进行设计,并且通过HYSYS软件进行模拟计算。结果表明对于气化量10×10~4(m^3/d)的LNG气化站全年的制冰量0.11亿t,全年发电量功率约为5.92×10~4 k W,压缩机的耗功率为5×10~4 k W,年产值达1.1亿元,经济效益显著。
Due to the existence of rich pressure energy and low temperature energy in LNG, in order to make full use of the existing energy, a suitable way was chosen for the design of cold energy utilization, and the simulation calculation was carried out by the HYSYS software. The results show that the gasification rate of 10×10^4(m3/d) LNG has about 11 Mt/a ice making capacity, the annual power generation is about 5.92×10^4 k W, compressor power consumption rate is about 5×10^4 k W and the annual output value is about 110 million Yuan, the economic benefit is remarkable.
