摘要
介绍了在老路取土坑和老边沟内进行帮宽路基的快速修筑施工技术,采用"抽水—清淤—填筑透水材料—倾填土方—动静结合机理加固路基"的综合技术方案,进行了强夯加固、降水和新老路基衔接设计,解决了高水位、低液限粉土地下水渗透快且呈承压水赋存状态而不能进行分层填筑压实的难题。现场检测及多年使用实践证明新旧路基之间衔接良好。选择的技术方案和工艺参数可为同类公路工程扩建提供借鉴。
The fast construction technique for roadbed-widening projects is introduced in the paper.The technique includes setting up borrow pits on the old road and widening the roadbed in the old side ditch,with the comprehensive technical scheme of "pumping water—clearing the silt—filling in the permeable material—filling in earth—consolidating the roadbed by the dynamic-static combined mechanism" adopted,strong ramming designed to consolidate,and dewatering and linking up the old and the new roadbeds designed.With all the above-mentioned technical measures adopted,the problem of being unable to perform the filling and compacting layer by layer,because of the high water level,the quick permeation of underground water through the lower-liquid-limit powdered earth and the richly-stored pressurized underground water,is solved.Both the site testing and many years' use prove that the old and the new roadbeds are well linked up.The chosen technical schemes and parameters of the processes for the project may serve as a useful reference to other highway-extending projects of the same type.
