摘要
目的探讨护理质控小组在全院护理安全质控工作中的作用。方法抽取该院2010年1月—2012年1月间收治的115例患者作为对照组,抽取该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的115例患者作为实验组。实验组成立护理质控小组,对照组未成立护理质控小组,调查两组对全院护理安全问题的看法及其满意度。结果实验组认为存在环境安全问题、服务质量问题及技术安全问题的比例(4.35%、6.09%、2.61%)明显少于对照组(22.61%、31.30%、20.00%),其满意度(98.26%)高于对照组(73.04%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质控小组在全院护理安全质控工作中有着重要的作用,可提高全院护理安全水平,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the role of nursing quality control group in the hospital care safety quality control work.Methods Extraction our hospital in January 2010 January 2012 115 patients were treated as a control group, drawn in our hospital in January 2013 January 2015 115 patients were treated as the experimental group. Nursing quality control group was established in the experimental group, the control group was set up nursing quality control team to investigate the views of the two groups and their satisfaction with hospital care and security issues. Results The experimental group considers environmental safety issues exist, the proportion of quality of service issues and technical security issues（4.35%,6.09%,2.61%） was significantly less than the control group（22.61%, 31.30%,20.00%）, and its satisfaction（98.26%） was higher（73.04%）, two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing quality control group plays an important role in the quality control of hospital care and safety at work, can improve the safety level hospital care, improve patient satisfaction.
