摘要
《环境影响评价技术导则大气环境》(HJ/T2.2-2008)于2009年4月1日实施,自实施之日起,《环境影响评价技术导则大气环境》(HJ/T2.2-93)废止。文章概述了新、旧导则的区别以及旧导则在实际应用中存在的问题和新导则的优势和不足。
The new Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment---Atmospheric Environment（HJ/T2.2-93） was implemented on April 1, 2009. Since the date of the implementation, the old guidelines had been abolished. This paper mainly reviews the differences between the new and old guidelines, and the existed problems for the old guidelines in the practical application and the advantages and disadvantages of the new guidelines.
