摘要
随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,人民对精神文化的需求日益增长,各类文化体育娱乐等大型活动兴起,场所类型复杂,人员密集程度高且极易发生突发事件,致使人员密集场所的安全风险问题成为社会各界关注的焦点。因此,如何从公安工作的角度出发,有针对性的分析事故的发生机理,妥善应对人员密集场所发生的安全事故,以及构建预防和处置人员密集场所安全风险的防控体系具有重要意义。
With the rapid development of social economy, people’s demand for spiritual culture is growing with the rise of all kinds of cultural, sports and entertainment events. The complexity of location types, dense population, increasing frequency make the security of crowded places a public concern in the society. Therefore, it is of great significance to proceed from the public security work, to analyze the mechanism of accidents occurrence with target, to properly respond to the security incidents occurred in crowded places, to construct prevention and control system.
