摘要
以4组分的芳醛、达米酮、醋酸铵和3-氧代-N-苯基丁酰胺为原料,离子液体[BMIm]Br为绿色介质,80℃反应获得一系列4-芳基-2,7,7-三甲基-5-氧代-N-苯基-1,4,5,6,7,8-六氢化喹啉-3-甲酰胺衍生物.通过氢谱、红外光谱和高分辨质谱表征了产物的结构.该反应具有产率高、多组分一步反应、环境友好和条件温和等优点.
Using aldehyde,dimedone,ammonium acetate and 3-oxo-N-phenylbutanamide as four-component reactants,a series of 4-aryl-2,7,7-trimethyl-5-oxo-N-phenyl-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinoline-3-carboxamide derivatives were obtained in ionic liquids of[BMIm]Br at 80℃.Their structures are characterized by 1 HNMR,IR and HRMS.The procedure has the advantages of high yields,four-component in one pot reaction,milder reaction conditions and environmentally benign.
