摘要
本文重点介绍了东风14档重型变速箱依靠变速箱中间轴齿轮内孔与轴颈过盈量传递力矩的产品结构形式及工作原理、齿轮内孔及中间轴轴颈加工工艺、中间轴装配工艺,从零件产品结构及制造工艺方面分析了影响传递力矩大小的主要因素,对齿轮打滑掉载问题进行分析研究,提出了一些重点对策并进行了相关试验验证,最终解决了齿轮打滑掉载问题,并对类似利用轴与孔过盈量传递力矩的产品结构设计及相关零件制造装配工艺设计,提供参考借鉴。
This paper introduces emphatically Dongfeng 14-speed heavy transmission's product structure form of transmitting torque through intermediate shaft gear inner hole and journal magnitude interference in transmission, and corresponding work principle, machining process of gear inner hole and intermediate shaft journal, and assembly process of intermediate shaft. This paper analyzes major factors affecting the magnitude of torque transmitted from aspects of components structure and manufacturing process, and analyzes for the issues of gear slip and off-load, proposes some major measures and conducts corresponding tests for verification. The issues of gear slip and off-load are solved finally, which also provides references to product structure design and related components manufacutring assembly process design for products similarly utilizing shaft and hole magnitude interference to transmit torque.
