摘要
介绍了隔爆控制箱箱体铸铁件在静压试验中碰到的问题。当ⅡC类隔爆外壳,静压试验压力由1.5MPa提高为2MPa,原有控制箱箱体无法满足要求。采用相关软件对控制箱箱体进行有限元分析,找出应力集中的危险区域,对箱体进行了结构上的改进;为了大幅提高其强度,对铸件材质进行变更;并对静压试验工装进行了调整。改进后的箱体满足了静压试验的要求,并经过多次试验验证了这些改进的有效性。
This paper introduces the problem encountered in static pressure test for enclosure castings of flameproof control box. For flameproof enclosure of IIC grade,the control box can't meet demands when the pressure of static pressure test is heightened from 1. 5MPa to 2. 0MPa. The related software is applied in enclosure of control box to carry out finite-element analysis,the danger area of stress focus is found out and structure of enclosure is improved. In order to greatly increase its intensity,material of casting is replaced. The clamps of static pressure test is adjusted. The improved enclosure meets the requirements of static pressure test and has verified availability of these improvements after many experiments.
