摘要 利用上海市竹园污泥干化焚烧项目中的湿污泥储存输送系统,对螺杆泵的湿污泥输送能力及其影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,试验用螺杆泵可作为湿污泥(含水率为80%左右)的输送、计量设备,可通过称量方式拟合螺杆泵的流量一频率曲线,用于计量湿污泥输送过程中的质量流量;在污泥仓料位高度为2~12m的条件下,不同料位高度、破拱滑架和喂料螺旋启动与否等因素对螺杆泵的输送、计量能力没有影响。 The wet sludge storage conveyor system in Shanghai Zhuyuan dry sludge incineration project was used to investigate the wet sludge conveyance capacity of screw pump and its influence fac- tors. The results showed that the test screw pump could be used for the conveyance and measurement of wet sludge with moisture content of 80%. The flow-frequency curve of screw pump could be fitted by weighing mode and used to measure the mass flow during the wet sludge conveyance. The conveyance and measurement capacities of screw pump were not affected by different sludge material level heights, broken arch carriage and on/off of feeding screw conveyor at material level heights of 2 to 12 m.
