摘要
韩非不是性恶论者,他本着"不破不立"的原则,在群己关系中以"计算之心"、功利之说,对人性、人伦关系进行了极端露骨的批判。转而以"道理论"作为哲学基础,以"圣人"与"众人"的对待关系作为依托,循着"即心言性"的理路,借助"心"之"虚静"而阐发了一种符合"道"与"理"的本然人性,并通过"虚静心"统摄"智"与"性",规避了"改造"人性问题。
Han Feizi, regarded as an advocate of the idea that human being were born wicked, exposed people' s utilitarianism and inclination of plotting in handling public and private relationship, and explicitly criticized human nature and ethics, abiding by the principle that construction comes after destruction. With "Dao Li Theory" as the philosophical basis, the mutual relationship between "sage" and "mass" as the foun- dation, he then exposited natural human nature that meets "Dao" and "Li", making use of "emptiness" of "heart", by following the logic of constructing human nature theory based on the heart. Through the calmness and emptiness of the heart, he avoided the problem of changing human nature.
