摘要
在传统钛白粉氯化尾气"两塔"洗涤处理的基础上,增加了TiOCl2淋洗塔,形成"三塔"淋洗处理工艺,该处理工艺在TiOCl2淋洗塔既回收了尾气中的钛,又避免了酸淋洗塔中副产品盐酸中的TiOCl2含量过高难以处理的问题,实现了钛白粉生产氯化尾气的综合利用。
On the basis of traditional titanium dioxide chloride exhaust gas “two scrubbers” leaching treatment, increasing TiOCl2 spray scrubber, “three scrubbers” leaching process was formed. This treatment process can recover titanium from exhaust gas and avoid containing excessive amounts of TiOCl2 in by-product hydrochloric acid, excessive amounts of TiOCl2 could lead to difficult to deal with hydrochloric acid. This process realized the comprehensive utilization of titanium dioxide production of chlorinated exhaust gas.
