摘要
湖北省内三座污水处理厂分别为奥贝尔氧化沟、A2/O氧化沟和改良型氧化沟工艺,均采用转蝶为曝气充氧设备。根据工艺的差别和季节的变化确定氧化沟溶解氧基本控制范围,针对强化脱氮除磷、二沉池出现浮泥、长期低浓度进水、进水量不足等特殊情况,以理论分析为指导,并通过调节转蝶开启位置、开启时间和运行方式,形成不同的曝气管理方案以达到系统最佳运行状态,同时达到节能降耗目的。
Three sewage treatment plants in Hubei province adopt orbal oxidation ditch, A2/O oxidation ditch and modified oxidation ditch processes respectively and they all use rotating disc aerator for oxygenating. The basic control range of dissolved oxygen is decided according to the difference of processes and the season changes. To improve some special issues like enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal, floating mud in secondary sedimentation tank, long-term inlet water with low concentration or insufficient water inflow, different aeration management solution is developed to achieve the best running state based on theory analysis and through adjusting the rotating disc aeration opening position, opening time and operation mode. The solution can also achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reducing.
