摘要
目的:观察中药保留灌肠联合穴位注射治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法:将50例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机均分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪栓加生理盐水配制药物保留灌肠,观察组采用中药保留灌肠联合穴位注射治疗。30天为1疗程,连续治疗3疗程。观察2组的临床疗效及腹部疼痛指数的变化情况,检测2组治疗前后基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-9的表达水平与乳果糖/甘露醇。结果:临床疗效总有效率观察组为92.0%,明显高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的腹部疼痛指数、MMP-2、MMP-9、乳果糖/甘露醇均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:采用中药保留灌肠联合穴位注射治疗溃疡性结肠炎,可显著提高临床疗效,有效缓解腹部症状及体征,促进疾病的恢复。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese Medicine （CM）retention enema combined with acupoint injection for the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods; Fifty patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 25 cases in each group. The control group were treated with western medicine mesalamine suppository enema, and the observation group was given herbal enema combined with acupoint injection therapy. Continuous treatment last for 30 days. The clinical efficacy of the two groups and abdominal pain index, the levels of matrix metalloproteinases（MMP）-2, MMP-9 and the ratio of lactulose/mannitol before and after treatment were observed. Results： After 30-day continuous treatment, the total effective was 92.0% in the observation group, and was significantly higher than 72.0% in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, abdominal pain index, and the levels of MMP-2, MMP-9, lactulose/ mannitol ratio in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05, P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： CM retention enema combined with acupoint injection for ulcerative colitis, can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, relieve abdominalsymptoms and signs, and promote the recovery of the disease.
