变压器非电量保护拒动诊断及油温——冷却器控制系统新控制方案

摘要 目前采用传统继电器控制模式变压器冷却系统电路为国际典型设计,在进口、合资及国产主变压器冷却器控制系统普遍采用。该电路设计存在三大严重缺陷,严重影响变压器的安全稳定运行。通过研究实施新控制方案,有效解决了变压器非电量保护——油温及冷却器全停故障拒动的问题,且通过对冷却器控制电源回路、全停告警及跳闸回路、直流及交流电压监视回路的改进,真正达到了对冷却器控制系统工作状态的全范围监控的,强化了对变压器的保护,极大的降低了电网的安全风险,对增强变压器的安全稳定运行有着及其重要的作用。 At present the traditional relay control mode to transformer couling system eireuit was the international typieal design, widely used in the import, joint ventures and domestic main transformer cooler control system. The circuit design had three serious flaw which affected the safety and stably operation of the transformer seriously. By studying the new control scheme, effectively solved the problems of the transformer non-eleetricity protection - the oil temperature and cooler lull stop refusing action, and through improved the cooler control power supply circuit, full stop alarm and trip circuit, dc and ac voltage monitoring circuit, really achieved the full range of monitoring the working state of the cooler control system, to strengthen the proteetion for transformer, greatly reduced the power grid security risk, to enhance the transformer safety and stably operation.
