职业院校技能大赛中的马太效应——基于2010-2014年间的5届赛事数据分析 被引量:6

On the Matthew Effect in Vocational Students Skills Competition——Based on Analysis on 5 Competitions from 2010 to 2014

摘要 对2010~2014年间的全国职业院校技能大赛5届数据分析研究,发现其在多个维度上存在马太效应:在获奖地区分布上,东部地区获奖数量大大高于中西部地区。在承办地分布上,东部占据明显的主场优势。在院校分布上,高职院校学生的获奖概率大大高于中职学校的学生;国家示范性高等职业院校学生的获奖率大大高于其他院校的学生。在参赛项目分布上,制造和电子信息专业大类的赛项设置大大高于其他专业大类。为推动职业院校技能大赛走向公平公正,要制定明确的衡量标准,完善大赛评选方式;避免承办地主场优势,建立地区轮流机制;合理应用竞争机制,为更多院校提供机会;创设多种比赛形式,形成技能大赛文化;充分发挥大赛的引领作用,让大赛成果惠及全员。 In terms of data analysis on 5 vocational students skills competitions during 2010-2014, it was found that there is Matthew effect in it. Specifically, in award-winning regional distribution, east is higher than central or west on quantity of awards; in distribution of city-hosting, east shows obvious host advantage; in distribution of colleges, the students in higher vocational colleges has more chance to win compared with secondary schools, and the students in demonstrative higher vocational colleges has more chance to win than others, in distribution of competition items, the major of manufacture or electronic information have been set up more items than others. Therefore, in order to make vocational students skills competition impartial or righteous, there are some suggestions: producing clear or measurable standards and improving competition selection mechanism; avoiding host advantage and establishing mechanism for area taking turns; applying competitive mechanism reasonably and providing opportunities for more colleges; creating more forms of competition and establishing contest culture; giving full play to the skills competition and getting everybody benefited.
