摘要
目的比较腹部超声与阴道超声在不同类型异位妊娠诊断中的效果。方法选取2012年2月—2015年3月景德镇市第一人民医院收治的异位妊娠患者192例。所有患者先行腹部超声检查,后行阴道超声检查。比较腹部超声与阴道超声检测不同类型、分型异位妊娠的符合率及漏诊、误诊率。结果阴道超声检测输卵管妊娠、卵巢妊娠、宫角妊娠、腹腔妊娠、宫颈妊娠的符合率高于腹部超声,检测未破裂型、破裂型、流产型异位妊娠的符合率高于腹部超声,漏诊率、误诊率低于腹部超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道超声检查对不同类型异位妊娠的检出率高于腹部超声,其具有简便、快捷、检出率高等优点。
Objective To compare the effect between abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal sonography in diagnosis of different types of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 192 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected in the First Peo-ple＇s Hospital of Jingdezhen from February 2012 to March 2015. All of the patients received abdominal ultrasonography and trans-vaginal ultrasonography. Compare the abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal sonography in detection of different types,the accu-racy of classification of ectopic pregnancy,and missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis rate. Results Tubal pregnancy,ovarian preg-nancy,cornual pregnancy,abdominal pregnancy,cervical pregnancy coincidence rate of transvaginal ultrasonography were higher than those of abdominal ultrasound,unruptured type,rupture type,abortive ectopic pregnancy coincidence rate of trans-vaginal ultrasonography were higher than those of abdominal ultrasound,omission diagnostic rate,misdiagnosis rate of transvagi-nal ultrasonography were lower than those of abdominal ultrasound（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Transvaginal sonography detection rate of different types of ectopic pregnancy was higher than abdominal ultrasound,has advantages of simple,quick,high detection rate.
