摘要
目的对传染性突发事件的护理应急管理方式及实施效果进行分析探讨。方法在2013年1月—2014年12月期间,该院建立传染性突发事件护理应急管理体系,并严格实施,观察总结传染性疾病突发事件的救护经验及应急管理模式的实施效果。结果从2013年—2014年12月期间,该院救治成功人猪链球菌患者共33例,2例高致病性禽流感感染患者,甲型H1N1流感患者544例,手足口病患者1683例。无1例院内患者及医务人员交叉感染病例,无1例职业暴露事件。结论护理应急管理模式的建立和严格、有效的实施,能够将传染性疾病突发事件的应急处理能力有效提高。
Objective To analyze and study the nursing emergency management style and implementation effect in infections e-mergency. Methods During January 2004 to December 2014, nursing emergency management style of infections emergency was built in our hospital, and carried out strictly. Studied and summarized the rescue experience and implementation effect of nursing emergency management style of infections emergency. Results During January 2004 to December 2014, 33 patients with infectious syndrome caused by streptoccus suis, 2 patients with high pathogenic bird flu, 544 patients with influenza A-H1N1, 1683 patients with hand-foot-mouth disease were rescued successfully. There was no cross infection between patient medical stuff or occupa-tional exposure event. Conclusion building nursing emergency management style and carrying out strictly can improve the ability of emergency management of infectious disease.
