摘要
目的评价微型钢板内固定治疗掌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法将整群选取该院从2011年11月—2013年5月收治104例患者随机分为两组,观察组53例,选用微型钢板内固定进行治疗,对照组51例进行常规治疗,观察并比较两组患者临床治疗情况。结果观察组骨折功能恢复情况优良率为92.5%,对照组为70.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用微型钢板内固定治疗掌骨骨折的临床疗效好,能有效改善骨折愈合情况,值得在临床上予以推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of micro-plate fixation for the treatment of metacarpal fracture. Methods104 patients admitted in our hospital from November 2011 to May 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. For 53 cases in the observation group, micro-plate internal fixation was used for treatment, and for 51 cases in the control group, routine treatment was performed. The clinical treatment of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results In terms of fracture functional recovery, the excellent and good rate of the observation group and that of the control group were 92.5% and 70.6%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of micro-plate fixation for the treatment of metacarpal fracture is good, which can effectively improve fracture healing and deserve to be used in clinical practice.
