摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白和血脂指标之间的关系。方法随机分别选取该院收治的2型糖尿病患者(观察组)和体检健康人群(对照组)各50例,静脉采血后对糖化血红蛋白指标和血脂指标进行检测,分析之间的关系。结果观察组患者的血糖值、糖化血红蛋白、TC、TG、LDL-C等指标明显高于对照组,HDL-C明显低于对照组。Hb Alc和FBG、TC、TG、LDL-C之间存在正相关关系,和HDL-C存在负相关关系,其中,对照组患者的相关关系不明显,观察组患者的Hb Alc和FBG、TC、TG、HDL-C相关关系明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者的血脂指标异于常人,且糖化血红蛋白和FBG、TC、TG、HDL-C具有明显的相关性。对患者进行血糖血脂的检测,有利于糖尿病的诊断和疗效评估。
Objective To study the relationship between glycated hemoglobin and blood lipids index in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 50 patients with type 2 diabetes（observation group） and 50 healthy patients（control group） confirmed by physical examination admitted in our hospital were selected respectively. Hb Alc detection and blood-lipid detection for them after venous blood collection, and relation of the two detection indexes were analyzed. Results Indicators including blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, TC, TG, LDL-C, etc. of the patients in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,but the HDL-C of the patients in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group. There was significantly positive correlation between Hb Alc and FBG, TC, TG, HDL-C, and significantly negative correlation between Hb Alc and HDL-C.But the positive correlation and negative correlation of the observation group were obvious, while those of the control group were not obvious, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05.Conclusion Blood lipid and blood glucose detection for patients with type 2 diabetes, of whom blood lipid is abnormal and of whom there is obvious correlation between Hb Alc and FBG, TC, TG,HDL-C, is helpful for the diagnosis of diabetes and therapeutic evaluation.
