基于LC桥式换流的船用静态切换开关设计

摘要 为了满足船舶设备对供电质量的苛刻要求,研发设计了一种针对双路电源切换的船用静态切换开关系统。静态切换开关装置由LC谐振换电流模块、数字触发模块、DSP数字控制系统模块等组成。设计了一套全新的LC桥式谐振辅助换电流电路,为了避免谐振旁路上的多余电量流入负载,利用主用晶闸管吸收多余电量,同时不必串联反馈二极管但是却又能达到馈能的效果,降低了系统的功耗;为了避免谐振电流急速上升,将一个适当阻值的功率电阻串联在谐振旁路电容与电感之间。通过大量的实验证明,系统切换工作完全可以控制在8 ms以内,完成了连续供电的要求。 In order to meet severe requirements of ship for power quality, static transfer switch(STS) is a dual power switching system. STS mainly contains the LC bridge-type auxiliary resonant convertor circuit, the circuit of digital trigger and the control circuit of DSP. This paper puts forward a new LC bridge-type auxiliary convertor circuit. To prevent the injection of remaining power on resonant bypass into the load, the main SCR is used to absorb excess power on the resonant capacitor, and without using serial feedback diode, the feedback of power can be executed which reduces the power consumption. In order to avoid the rapid rise in the resonant current, a proper power resistor is added between capacitor and inductor on the resonant bypass of the circuit. A large number of experiments show that the design can complete the switch within 8 ms and it can be up to a continuous power supply requirements.
