摘要
该文对中国低活化马氏体(CLAM)钢在室温进行氦离子注入,注量分别为1×1015/cm2、5×1015/cm2和1×1016/cm2。注入后利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和能谱(EDX)进行微结构分析。TEM的结果表明注入之后没有形成明显的缺陷。对碳化物进行了尺寸统计,结果表明氦离子注入之后的碳化物尺寸较注入之前有所增加。电子衍射斑点和EDX的结果表明碳化物为M6C和M23C6类型,其成分和结构在注入前后均没有发生变化。
China Low Activation Martensitic(CLAM) steel was implanted with helium ions at room temperature. The implantation doses were 1×1015/cm2、5×1015/cm2 and 1×1016/cm2. Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrom(EDX) were conducted to quantify implantation effects on microstructure with different doses. TEM results indicated that no significant defects formed after implantation. Size distribution of carbides after implantation showed that implantation induced the growth of carbides. EDX and diffraction pattern showed that carbides are M6 C and M23C6 for pre and post implantation. Microstructure and composition of carbides did not change with different helium implantation doses.
