摘要
通过近几年对全国少年和河北省少年排球比赛观察分析,发现在少年排球运动队中存在一些问题,应在今后的训练中,引起大家的重视。该文采用文献资料、观察、归纳等方法对全国少年和河北省少年排球比赛现状进行分析研究。主要结论与建议:有意识加强场地概念,提高调整不良情绪的能力,应引起高度重视;培养预判能力,提高击球准确率,是取得比赛胜利的保障;增强接应保护意识,提高全队协调作战能力,是我们奋斗的目标。
In recent years through the national youth and adolescents in Hebei province volleyball observation and analysis,found that there are some problems in the volleyball team of young, should in the future training,cause everybody＇s attention.The use of literature,observation, induction and other methods to analyze the national youth and adolescents in Hebei province volleyball game situation.The main conclusions and recommendations：consciously to strengthen site concept, improve the ability to adjust the bad mood,more attention should be paid to pre judgement ability;training,improve the hitting accuracy,is to win the gamesecurity;enhance-protection awareness,improve the coordinated operation ability,is our goal.
