摘要
采用文献资料法等方法阐述苏联申办莫斯科奥运会的历史背景、所做出的努力、申办过程,以及苏联入侵阿富汗、卡特主义等内容,着重讲解美国如何抵制第22届莫斯科奥运会的,以及第22届奥运会的战况和对第21届奥运会破纪录的对比。结论:不论国家的经济实力和军事实力有多么强大,都不能因为政治原因而干涉体育,尤其不能干涉国际空前盛大的奥林匹克运动会。
Using the method of literature review of this method of Soviet history background,the application of the Moscow Olympics efforts,the bidding process,and the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan,the Carter doctrine and other content,focused on the USA how to resist the twenty--second Moscow Olympics,and the twenty--second Olympic Games and twenty--first Olympic Games battle on record contrast. Conclusion：Despite the country＇s economic strength and military strength is how strong,cannot because of political reasons and the interference of sports,especially not interference International Grand Olympic games.
