摘要
目的探讨糖尿病护理管理中应用专科护理的意义。方法将该院2013年3月—2015年3月接诊的糖尿病患者80例作为研究组,而2010年3月—2012年3月接诊的80例糖尿病患者作为对照组,对照组期间采取常规护理管理,研究组则成立糖尿病专科护理小组实施护理管理。观察记录两组患者护理满意率、护理质量合格率,以及自我管理能力评分,并对比分析。结果研究组护理满意率与护理质量合格率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);同时,研究组自我管理能力如血糖水平、用药依从性、饮食习惯、运动习惯等方面评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病专科护理应用在护理管理中,可提高护理满意率、护理质量合格率,同时提高患者自我管理能力,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the significance of the application of specialized nursing in the management of diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetes in our hospital in March 2013 and 2015 March admissions as the study group, and 80 cases of diabetic patients in March 2010 to 2012 March admissions as control group, control group taken during routine nursing management and research group is established diabetes specialist care team of nursing management. Nursing satisfaction rate, quality of care, and self management ability of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The study group nursing satisfaction rate and nursing quality qualified rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; at the same time, the group of self management ability such as blood glucose level, medication compliance, eating habits, exercise habits scores were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diabetes specialist nursing in nursing administration, improve nursing satisfaction rate and qualified rate of nursing quality, and improve patients＇ ability of self-management, be worth to draw lessons from.
