摘要
对基层官兵在高密度试验任务背景下的压力研究表明,他们感受到的压力源处于中等略低的水平;感受到的组织支持处于中等略高的水平;感受到的压力反应基本处于中等水平。官兵感受到的压力源、组织支持与压力反应之间存在相关关系,组织支持可能对降低官兵的压力来源与压力反应具有反向的调节作用。该文依据实证研究的结果,进一步讨论了在某部内开展压力管理的实施方案。
The pressure study of the grassroots officers and soldiers in the high density test task shows that the pressure they felt is in a medium slightly lower level,that organizational support they felt is in a medium slightly higher level,and that the stress response they felt is in a medium level.There is a correlation between the source and stress response,and between the organizational support and the stress response.The organizational support may reduce the pressure of the soldiers and it has reverse adjust function to the stress response.Based on empirical studyresults of this paper,we further discuss the implementation plan that we will carry out the pressure management within the department.
