摘要
文章介绍了交换技术的演进历程,分析对比了软交换和IMS 2种技术,提出了软交换向IMS平滑演进的两种方案;根据浙江电力的实际情况和2种方案的比较,选用软交换改造为IMS的演进方案,该方案实现了节省投资和业务无缝切割的效果,对于电力行政交换网的规划、设计、改造等工作具有借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the evolution history of switching technology briefly, analyzes and compares the similarities and difl'erences between soft switch and IMS technique, proposes two smooth evolution schemes from soft switch to IMS. According to comparison of two schemes and considering the actual situation in State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company, we choose the alteration scheme, which can reduce the cost and realize seamless cutover of business. The presented work in this paper has certain reference value for the planning, design and reform of the power administrative exchange network.
