摘要
"198"区域工业用地减量化对于优化市域空间格局、助推经济转型发展具有重要意义,但其减量会对镇村集体经济组织造成直接影响。本研究在对"198"区域工业用地现状进行评析的基础上,着重分析了"198"区域工业用地减量对镇村经济、社会等各方面利益的影响,并提出了相应的对策措施。
Reduction of industrial land in the ‘198’ area of Shanghai contributed to optimising the spatial framework and boosting economic transformation and development. However, it also introduced an immediate impact on urban colective economic organisations. Based on the status of industrial land in the ‘198’ area, this research comprehensively analysed the impact of the reduction on various of interests such as the urban economy and society. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed based on these ifndings.
