摘要 台阶轴在自由锻中存在增加工艺余块、台阶归并等工序,是比较复杂的一类锻件。传统的台阶轴锻造工艺制订主要依靠操作者经验,往往达不到最优化的结果。现在前期研究的基础上,以VB系统作为平台,开发出了完整的台阶轴锻造CAPP系统。实现了复杂台阶轴的工艺决策、台阶优化、图形生成,为台阶轴类锻件的数字化制造打下基础。 The multi-step shaft is a more complex forgings. Adding process block and step-shaft merging is usually included in its free-forging process, when the operator experience is relied on in the traditimal process, it is very difficult to get the optimal results. Based on preliminary studies,this paper introduces a multi-step shaft forging CAPP developed on VB system platform,which can be used to realize the process automatic decision, step optimization and part & forging graphics generation. This CAPP system contributes to the digital manufacturing of the multi-step shaft.
