摘要
在为数不多的关于中国情境下员工工作伦理的研究文献中,研究的重点主要集中在工作伦理的前因变量,包括人口统计学变量和其他组织情景变量等。本文通过对以往文献的回顾和总结探索员工工作伦理对其建言行为的影响,并提出了组织承诺对这种关系起到的调节作用。
Until now, there is little research about employee's work ethic under Chinese situation. The results of the research mainly focused on the antecedent of work ethic, specificl, demographic variables and organizational variables. Outcome vari- ables of the employee's work ethic include job performance, job satisfaction, and turnover rate. Scholarly interest in employee voice behavior has increased dramatically over the past 10 years. However, there is hardly any study to explore the impact of work ethic. This article discusses the relationship between work ethic and voice behavior through literature review and summary. In addition, organizational commitment may have a significant moderate effect on this relationship.
