Objective To investigate the epidemiologic situations and risk factors of H-type hypertensive disease. Methods Based on the principle of multi-stage stratified random sampling typical,1208 clinical cases were collected( including 406 cases in lucheng,400 cases in ouhai and 402 cases in longwan). Epidemiological survey was used to obtain the H hypertension incidence,high-risk groups, and distribution conditions in wenzhou region. Results In downtown of wenzhou there were 1208 cases of H hypertension accounting for 70. 9% of total people. H hypertension accounted for the highest in Lucheng,406 cases of respondents are H high blood pressure in 296 patients( 72. 9%); H hypertension accounted for the lowest in Longwan, there 272 cases H high blood pressure in 400 cases of the object( 68%). The pressurestate-response model in the group of Ouhai had 402 cases, there were 289 cases, accounting for 71. 9%. The risk factor analysis results showed that male, smoking, dyslipidemia, high blood homocysteine, drinking and no physical exercises were all risk factors of hypertension. And logistic regression analysis showed that male, smoking, dyslipidemia, blood homocysteine were all too high, drinking and doing physical exercise were H risk factors of hypertension. Conclusion There was a greater incidence of H-hypertension in Wenzhou downtown. Targeted prevention and treatment measures should be made for people accompanied by risk factors.
