摘要
目的分析细胞粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)在年龄相关性白内障(ARC)患者LECs中的表达及意义。方法选择56例年龄相关性白内障患者及22例无白内障的其他眼部疾病患者,分析2组患者晶状体上皮细胞中ICAM-1的表达情况。结果 ARC组LECs细胞膜可见棕黄色颗粒,在正常组LECs细胞中不表达或弱表达。ARC组患者阳性率(85.7%)显著高于正常晶状体组(22.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),反应强度2组间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05);在皮质性ARC中,弱阳性6人,阳性7人,强阳性12人,总阳性率为96.15%;核性ARC组,弱阳性1人,阳性3人,强阳性7人,总阳性率为73.68%;后囊下性ARC组弱阳性1人,阳性1人,强阳性6人,总阳性率为81.81%,3组组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。反应强度在皮质性、核性及后囊下型ARC中差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ICAM-1在年龄相关性白内障LECs中呈现高表达,其所参与的细胞粘附可能在白内障的发生发展中有重要作用。
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of intercellular adhesion molecule 1( ICAM-1) in lens epithelial cells( LECs) of patients with age-related cataract( ARC). Methods Total 56 cases of age-related cataract( ARC group) and 22 patients with other disease in the eye( control group) were randomly selected,and the expression of ICAM-1 in LECs was anlayzed. Results ICAM-1 was highly expressed by LECs cell membrane in ARC group,but not or weakly expressed in normal group. The positive rate of ICAM-1 in ARC group was 85. 7%,which was significantly higher than that( 22. 7%) in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05),and the difference in the reaction intensity between the two groups was also significant( P〈0. 05); In cortical ARC group,the expression of ICAM-1 in 6 cases was weakly positive,in 7 cases was positive,and in 12 cases was strong positive,with a total positive rate of96. 15% In the nuclear ARC group,in 7 cases was weakly positive,in 1 case was positive,and in 3 cases was strong positive,with a total positive rate of 73. 68%; In the posterior capsule ARC group,in 1 case was weakly positive,in 6 cases was positive,and in 1 case was strong positive,with a total positive rate of 81. 81%. The difference among the three groups were not significantly( P〉0. 05); There was also not statistical difference in the intensity of the response among the three groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusion ICAM-1 is highly expressed by LECs in patients with showed high expression of age-related cataract LECs,and cell adhesion in which ICAM-1 participate may play an important role in the development of cataracts.
