摘要
党的十八届三中全会明确提出"建设法治中国,必须深化司法体制改革,确保依法、独立、公正行使审判权、检察权,健全司法权力运行机制。"为全面贯彻中共中央关于深化司法改革的精神,2012年,下陆区人民检察院在整合机构的基础上进一步整合人员,探索推进了主办检察官办案责任制改革,在优化检察权的二次配置、强化队伍专业化建设、提升司法公信力方面做出了有益探索。但改革中也存在诸多问题,需要从提高主办精英化程度等方面进一步改进。
the third plenary Session of the eighteenth Party Central Committee clearly put forward that building China under the rule of law must deepen the reform of the justice system and improve the operating mechanism of judicial power, so as to ensure independence and fairness in prosecuting bodies and courts under the rule of law. Since 2012, in order to carry out the spirit of the CPC Central Committee to deepen the reform of the judiciary, People＆#39;s Procuratorate of Xialu District has tried to reform the major prosecutor’s responsibility system, and has made a lot of useful efforts on optimizing the power of procuratorial power for the second time, strengthening the specialization construction of procuratorial team and enhancing the credibility of the judiciary. However, there are still some problems in the reform. We urgently need to take action in improving the elite level of major prosecutors.
