摘要
目的比较不同材料修复磨牙牙缺损的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月~2013年1月本院收治的156例磨牙牙缺损患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用铸瓷嵌体,对照组采用金合金嵌体。比较两组的修复效果和1年后边缘密合满意度。结果治疗组的总优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组1年后的边缘密合满意度为97.44%,显著高于对照组的88.46%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论铸瓷材料在磨牙牙缺损修复中的应用效果显著,1年后边缘密合满意度更高,是临床修复磨牙牙缺损的理想方式之一。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of different materials in the repairing of molars defect. Methods 156 patients with molars defect from January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given cast porcelain inlay,the control group was given gold alloy material.The repair effect and satisfaction degree on one-year marginal adaptation in two groups was compared. Results The total excellent and good rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction degree on one-year marginal adaptation in the treatment group was 97.44%,which was higher than 88.46% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of repair by porcelain material is remarkable,with a higher satisfaction in one-year marginal adaptation,which is one of optimal ways to repair molars defects in clinic.
