摘要
目的探讨社区综合干预对儿童反复上呼吸道感染的防治作用。方法选取2013年1月~2014年4月在我社康中心因反复上呼吸道感染就诊的110例患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患儿分为研究组和对照组,每组各55例,对照组采用常规治疗及护理,研究组再对照组的基础上采用社区综合干预,随访1年,综合比较两组患儿治疗总有效率、1年中上呼吸道感染发作次数、就诊次数、用药情况及干预满意度。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率为98.2%,高于对照组的85.5%（P〈0.05）;研究组1年中上呼吸道感染的发病次数少于诊断标准的比例明显高于对照组,就诊次数少于对照组（P〈0.01）,研究组患儿合理用药情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组干预满意度为100.0%,显著高于对照组的85.5%（P〈0.05）。结论社区综合干预应用于反复上呼吸道感染患儿效果确切,可有效提高患儿的治疗依从性,增强体质,降低反复上呼吸道感染发病率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive community interventions for the treatment of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infections. Methods 110 cases of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infections in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group,each group were 55 cases.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and care.The research group was treated with comprehensive community interventions.All patients were followed up for 1-years.The total effective rate,1-year episodes of upper respiratory tract infections,visiting times,drug use and intervention satisfaction rate of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of research group was 98.2%,which was higher than 85.5% of control group（P〈0.05）.The 1-year times of upper respiratory tract infection less than the proportion of the diagnostic criteria of research group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）,visiting times were less than control group（P〈0.01）.Rational drug use of research group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.The intervention satisfaction rate of research group was100.0%,which was higher than 85.5% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive community interventions for the treatment of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infections has exact effect.It can improve treatment compliance,enhance physical fitness and reduce the disease incidence.It′s worthy of clinical widely application
