摘要
通过对6家有代表性的综合试验站近4年来的直接成本(饲料费、人工费、医疗费)、间接成本(管理费、场务费、其他费用)以及劳动定额和奖惩考核指标情况的调查,统计出规模猪场各类猪只的各项生产成本情况和绩效考核情况并进行分析,为猪场管理者在成本控制与绩效管理上提供了借鉴。
For provide a credible reference to the pig farm manager on its production costs and the performance management, in present review, we systematic analysis the cost and performance of different kinds of pig in the six representative large-scale pig farm by investigate their direct costs （include costs of fodder, labor and medical fee）, indirect costs（include costs of management, field service, and other fee）, regular salary and the assessments of rewards and punishments in the recent 4 years.
