摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了PP/EPDM-g-MAH/Al(OH)3/FA阻燃复合材料,并对其阻燃性能、力学性能、加工性能等进行了探讨。结果表明:粉煤灰(FA)能提高复合材料的阻燃性能、力学性能,且当FA的质量分数在25%时,复合材料的氧指数、拉伸强度、弹性模量、硬度分别达到最大,即28.4%、12.5MPa、291.5MPa和HA 78;冲击强度在FA质量分数为15%时达到最佳18.56kJ/m2。复合材料的流动性和挤出胀大现象随FA含量的增加均有所降低。
The different proportions of PP/EPDM-g-MAH/Al(OH)3/fly ash flame retardance composites were prepared by melt blending.The flame retardance,mechanical property and processability of composites were tested and analyzed.The results showed that fly ash could improve the flame retardance and mechanical property.When the content of fly ash was 25wt%,the LOI,tensile strength,elasticity modulus and hardness of composites within the scope of the study held best performance,They respectively were 28.4%,12.5MPa,291.5 MPa and HA 78.When the content of fly ash was15wt%,the impact strength reached to the maximum of 18.56kJ/m2.The addition of fly ash could effectively reduced the melting flow rate and extrusion swell phenomenon of h composites.
