摘要
泡沫混凝土因其具有质轻、防火、隔热、隔音等特点,将逐渐取代有机保温材料而成为市场上主流的保温隔热材料,在我国建筑节能领域具有重要地位。在泡沫混凝土保温板规模化切割生产中,泡沫混凝土的凝结时间是其重要的技术参数。通过参考国内外文献,分别论述了泡沫混凝土配合比设计研究,发泡剂、胶凝材料、外加剂等对泡沫混凝土凝结时间的影响,以及讨论了泡沫混凝土保温板规模化生产中干切割和湿切割的优缺点。最后指出了泡沫混凝土保温板规模化切割生产研究内容和方向。
Foam concrete will replace the organic insulation materials and become the market mainstream gradually because of its light weight, fire prevention, heat insulation, sound insulation etc. Foam concrete has an important role in the field of building energy efficien- cy in China.In the scale production of foam concrete board,the setting time of foam concrete is an important parameter, By consulting the literatures at home and abroad,discussing the study on mix design of foam concrete,and the effect on the setting time of foam con- crete of foam agents, cementitious materials, additives etc respectively, and the advantages and disadvantages of dry cutting and wet cut- ting of foam concrete insulation board in large - scale production.Finally, it points out the research content and direction of foam con- crete insulation board in large - scale production.
