摘要
随着高校创业教育的普及,对创业教育师资数量的需求日益增多。建立一支数量充足、结构优化、专兼结合的高素质创业教育教师队伍显得非常重要和迫切。鉴于我国高校创业教育兼职教师队伍现状与存在不足,需要国家、社会和学校多方协作,加大对创业教育兼职教师队伍建设的力度。一方面,要加快立法进程,完善法律法规体系;另一方面,要建立健全科学规范的聘任、考核、奖惩等管理与保障制度及运行机制。
With the popularity of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the demand of entrepreneurship educa-tion teachers is increasing. It is important and urgent to establish a high - quality entrepreneurship education teacher team, with suffi-cient quantity, structural optimization and full - time and part - time combination. Given the current situation and lack of part - timefaculty of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities, we need multilateral collaboration of nation, society and school, and in-crease the constructive efforts of entrepreneurship education part - time faculty. On the one hand, we should speed up the legislativeprocess and improve the legal system. On the other hand, we need to establish a sound scientific management and security system andoperation mechanism in standardized appointment, evaluation, rewards and punishment, etc.
