摘要
结合施工应用,讨论了组合式切削刀盘在矩形隧道掘进机设计中的实现方式,提出了模数化切削刀盘的方案,研制了切削面积可调整的新型切削刀盘装置。通过增减刀盘数量来提高切削刀盘的适应能力,在刀杆上设置伸缩装置实现刀盘的切削面积可调,使整个切削刀盘具有适应性强、通用性好的特点。实践证明,新型组合式切削刀盘安全可靠,切削面积调整方便,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Combined with the construction application, the implementation method of the combined cutter applied to the design of the rectangular tunnel boring machine was discussed, the scheme of modularized cutter was put forward and the new cutter device with adjustable cutting area was developed. Through the improvement of the cutting adaptability by increasing or decreasing the number of cutters, the retractable device set on the cutter arbor realized the function of adjustable cutting area, which led to good adaptability and good generality. The practice has proved that the newly combined cutter is safe and reliable and its cutting area is easy to adjust, which has good social and economic benefits.
