摘要
胆囊十二指肠瘘为临床较少见疾病,是胆囊慢性疾病发展过程中的一种并发症,因其临床表现复杂、多变,缺乏特殊性,故漏诊、误诊率较高。而该疾病病情往往较重,并发症多,因此对胆囊内瘘的充分认知及了解,选择正确的治疗方案对缓解病情及预后至关重要。结合病史及彩超、CT等检查有助于该病的诊断,而选择正确的治疗方案也至关重要。该文对胆囊十二指肠瘘的概况及临床诊治作一综述。
Gallbladder duodenal fistula is a rare disease in clinic and is a kind of complication gallbladder in the development of chronic disease, because of its clinical manifestations of complex and changeable, the lack of specificity, so the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate is higher.And the disease condition often is heavier, more complications, thus fully cognition and under-standing of the gallbladder internal fistula, choose the right treatment plan is very important to ease the condition and prognosis. Combining with the history and colour to exceed, CT examination is helpful to the diagnosis of the disease, and choose the right treatment plan is also important.In this paper the general situation of gallbladder duodenal fistula and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
