摘要
网球运动是一项集技战术、体能、心理为一体的综合性体育运动项目。该文通过文献资料法与逻辑分析法,探讨心理能量储备在网球运动员训练与比赛中的重要性。研究发现:网球项目拥有区别于其它运动项目的固有特征:即短时间内上千次决策、拍面细微角度变化对球运行轨迹会产生巨大影响,没有基本的连续性,总是在打与停之间来回转换。这些特征就要求一名网球运动员需要具备较高的心理能量储备。因此,该文立足于如何提升网球运动员心理能量储备提出了几点建议,为网球运动员提供一定的实践参考价值。
Tennis is a set of technical and tactical,physical, psychological as integrated sports programs.Through literature,logical analysis,discuss the importance of mental energy reserve tennis players in training and competition.The study found:tennis is different from other sports have inherent features:the thousands of decisions in a short time,making surface slight change in angle of the ball trajectory will have a huge impact,there is no basic continuity,always in the fight and stop back and forth between.These features requires a tennis player needs to have a high mental energy reserves.Therefore,based on how to improve mental energy reserves tennis players made several suggestions,provide some practical reference value for the tennis player.
